Myrtle Hardwich is a South African speaker and the founder of Sapiens, a developing youth and human-development ecosystem focused on entrepreneurship, practical skills, AI literacy, leadership and meaningful economic participation. Her work explores what it takes to rebuild after disruption, lead with character and prepare people for a future that is changing faster than many of the systems designed to support them. Myrtle’s life and career have not followed a conventional path. Her perspective has been shaped through early responsibility, entrepreneurship, ministry, leadership, developing people and navigating seasons that required her to begin again. Rather than diminishing her voice, those seasons gave it greater depth. Myrtle speaks from the intersection of lived resilience and future-focused thinking. She brings together personal stories, practical business insight, spiritual conviction and a deep interest in how human beings discover capability, purpose and meaningful work.
Today, I work with companies, startups, and everything in between, helping them unlock their potential through the power of compelling communication and visionary thinking.
Whether you need a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, or thought leadership consultant, I'd love to hear about your vision.
